Seinsur is developing a campaign for the integration of people with disabilities in the province of Malaga. To meet this objective, the company is conducting personal interviews with each candidate with different degrees and types of disability to offer them the best possibilities within its large workforce. The campaign is being carried out after the successful integration of a significant number of workers within the structure of Seinsur, which is why it has been decided to continue giving job opportunities to people with disabilities.
Seinsur is currently looking to incorporate access controllers throughout the province of Malaga. “What is the access controller? The access controller is a very important figure when holding an event. They are responsible for ensuring the entrance to the enclosure where the event takes place, as well as avoiding incidents always following the protocol designed for each space.
These professionals are qualified to work in massive festivals, concerts and other types of events. They have specific prior training to supervise access and offer the best service to attendees.
They are also in charge of facilitating access to the site for people with disabilities; collaborating with the application of health measures against smoking; assisting people in need of assistance, contacting emergency services; and controlling vehicle parking.
