Maintenance according to frequency
The order and frequency of maintenance activities is essential for the proper functioning and maintenance of an area in good condition or in a given situation to avoid degradation.
Maintenance tasks are classified as follows:
Daily maintenance activities
Activities that are performed daily and need more frequent care for the normal development of a place, such as:
- Cleaning of interior common areas with sweeping and mopping, removal of fingerprints on glass, handles and dust from common elements.
- Outdoor exit and removal of garbage from the various containers in the common areas.
- Sweeping of exterior common areas.
Weekly maintenance activities
These activities are performed weekly and are less frequent but necessary for the control of the common areas and their correct implementation.
Some examples are:
- Cleaning of ramp floors and toilets.
- Cleaning of waste and garbage containers
- Sweeping of garage, cleaning of waste garbage cans and revision of fire extinguishers and access doors.
- Semiannual maintenance activities.
Less frequent activities
These are activities that do not have a specific periodicity, but are necessary in the long term for the proper maintenance of the common areas:
- Garage cleaning, vacuuming and mechanical scrubbing.

In warm season
- Pool tuning, filtering system, cleaning of the pool basin.

According to the seasons of the year
